Imfolozi dag 14: A great ending to my Imfolozi time

We left at 4.15 am this morning. We were going to the wildness again. Looking for CF19. During the last 2 weeks she hasn’t been seen. Whilst driving Ryan saw something disappear into the bush it was a cheetah so we looked around and drove back. While we were doing this CM12 had appeared behind the car so I told the group. He was walking around sent marking his aria. He even climbed in a tree. This was great to see. After a while we couldn’t see him anymore so we kept going with our original plan. The wilderness aria. We had to cross the river again. This time there was a bit more water in it than the last time, but we still made it. We didn’t drive as far as last time but the views were still spectacular. We scanned for CF19 and we got signal but we didn’t get to see her. So we waited for at least 1,5 hours. It was not the best weather; cold, windy and some raindrops. Most of us jus rested and Emilie read her book. In the end CF19 didn’t show up. So we went back home. We had a look for some lions but no luck. Back to camp.
In camp I did some admin, gotten the photo’s ready to transfer and had some lunch of course. Ryan opened the wildlife act shop (just the door of the cupboard and I bought some more stuff. A group photo was taken at the rock and of we were to go on our last afternoon session.
We found 3 lions form HIP618. They were a bit agitated when we arrived but the relaxed quickly. Some nice photo’s and of we were. Looking for some more animals. This was not really a big success. We only saw some rhino’s with little baby’s, little bee-eaters an the most amazing sunset I’ve seen here. Just stunning
Back in camp we made a stu. When we finished dinner we played 2 games of Uno. I didn’t play great but alt leas I won from Ryan.
Today we had so much fun all together. A day to not forget.
