This morning we went on session with Megan. We had an amazing sunrise today. Just stunning. First we went to look for the dogs. After searching for a while we found the 3 male dogs. This was the first time Megan saw them out in the park, they were release when she was on time of.

After this we headed out to find MCM22. We scanned at the gate but couldn’t find him. So we started to drive around. On our way we found some leopard tortoises. Then the question arises; how do you know how old a tortoise is. Apparently you can count the rings on its carapace and divide it by 2. We got up to a wonderful high point and with a stunning view.

When we came back to the camp it was still early. I had a lot of energy left and so did Aaron. We started to do some chores at camp. Pascal joined us, he started to fix the lawnmower. Aaron did some painting. And I started to cutting down the grass with the slasher. This is hard work. Whilst I was doing this I run in to “some” stones around a tree. I was allowed to take them away. That seemed like a good plan at the start but there were so many, it was a job by its self. When I was finished with all of this it looked nice. Then we planted some aloe’s and I was bugged after this. We decided to go out for lunch and then to the swimming pool. Lunch took a while to be prepared and the swimming pool was quite cold.

In the afternoon session we looked for MCM22 again. We drove almost the same route as we did this morning. Again with stunning views but no luck to finding him or picking up a signal. On our way home we did get to see some different animals one of them being an marsh owl.
